ArtMall Agreement.

*  By checking here, and placing my name below, I state that I have read and agree to the Terms Of Service for hosting clients. I also understand that I am responsible for shipping all purchases made from my ArtMall store. That shipping will take place within four days of ship authorization from StoneWall Society Network. Vacation and leave periods can be established by contacting sysop@stonewalsociety.net In the event that I ship prior to receiving ship authorization from StoneWall Society Network I release StoneWall Society Network from all responsibility to reimburse or pay me for the product shipped in error. In such cases StoneWall Society Network will pay ArtMall clients for products when and if payment is received from the end customer. Continual instances of unauthorized shipping and or delayed shipping will result in termination of all services by StoneWall Society Network and its ArtMall services. 
I further understand and agree that I grant StoneWall Society, StoneWall Society Network, and StoneWall Society Network ArtMall non-exclusive rights to display my material and sell on my behalf at the rates quoted for the service herein ordered. I attest that materials supplied by me for ArtMall inclusion are my own and or that I own copyright and ownership for the items submitted.
This agreement may be terminated by either party with a written/email ten day notice. In the event of termination the ArtMall client will be required to pay for services through the end of the current calendar month and receive services for same period. 
StoneWall Society Network and StoneWall Society Network ArtMall reserved the final decision as to acceptance of materials. Pornographic, hate related, violence promoting, and illegal items/ products will not be accepted. If products are rejected at sign-up StoneWall Society Network will refund appropriate fees. If product which is not acceptable has been added to an ArtMall store and notification of new product was not properly filed with StoneWall Society Network prior to addition, no refunds will be made. 
No changes may be made in this agreement without complete agreement of both parties in either writing or accepted email contact point.
